Rent is due on the 1st and you have till the 5th to pay. After the 5th there is a 5% late fee on the total rent even if one roomate has paid their half.
Beginning March 1st, 2008, the Belmont will no longer accept split payments for rent. Roommates will need to make arrangements prior to the 5th of each month to ensure that the Belmont receives one payment for the full rental amount. The only exception will be for apartments where all occupants are register for automatically drafted payments. Please contact the office with questions or to obtain an auto-draft form.
